NO DELAY OR FAILURE BY SIGNAL 30 NYS TROOPERS BENEFIT FUND IN EXERCISING ANY RIGHT HEREUNDER SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF SUCH RIGHT OR ANY OTHER RIGHTS HEREUNDER. THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY DOCUMENTS EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SIGNAL 30 NYS TROOPERS BENEFIT FUND AND YOU PERTAINING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF AND SUPERSEDE ALL PRIOR AGREEMENTS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND DOCUMENTS REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. NEW YORK LAW SHALL GOVERN THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
CERTAIN STATE OR OTHER LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
